These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the moonlite.ai website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Moonlite AI, Inc. ("Moonlite") provides GPU cloud infrastructure services to businesses. Use of the services themselves is governed by a Master Services Agreement and Order Form between Moonlite and the customer — not by these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or breach its security or authentication measures; interfere with the site's operation; introduce viruses or other harmful code; or scrape or harvest content or data from the site without authorization.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Moonlite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Moonlite and related marks are trademarks of Moonlite AI, Inc. No license is granted except as needed to view the site.

Limitation of liability
